Summer Programs at Sayre
Summer Programs at Sayre take place on
the Sayre campus located in downtown Lexington. Safari, an all
day camp for ages 3-11, is enjoyed by itself or in
combination with Splash Camps which
offers classes in academics, culture, science, and the arts for ages
5-15.
Sayre Summer Programs invite campers from all schools to participate.
Safari Day Camp is offered June 7 - August 13. Safari offers two age
appropriate programs. The Little Safari Program is designed for ages
3-5. Children ages 6-11 who are finishing first through sixth grade are
welcome in the Big Safari Day Camp. The weekly Safari fee, for
both Little and Big Safari is $160. Safari hours are 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM,
Monday through Friday. For more information, please contact

Splash Camps are designed for a variety of
ages and interests and are offered 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-4 p.m. most weeks during the summer. Splash Camps are designed to provide:
- Opportunities
for creative expression
- Age-appropriate
self-direction- with facilitation
- An
in-depth experience that is fun, engaging, and reinforces learning skills.
- And
the potential to gain an interest and/or abilities that can last a lifetime
